This “yarnbomb” installation was commissioned by the television show Dispatches from Elsewhere, created by and starring Jason Segel! As the show was set in Philly, location scouts noticed this artist’s work around the city and reached out to collaborate with her. Dispatches is a wild ride, and their idea to have crocheted flowers begin to actually grow and move fit right into its artsy aesthetic. Please note that this installation is now five years old, and this artist’s work looks much better when fresh!
